• You must be an account administrator to complete this process
  • You must also have a specific formatted CSV file - click below for the file format or contact DocsInk online support or any DocsInk staff member for this file

Or continue by following the steps below:

  • Click on 'Dashboard' in the top left blue margin

  • Select the 'Patients' icon - third icon down the far left margin and select 'Upload Patients' from the revealed drop down options
  • Here you will upload your formatted CSV file - make sure your file is saved as a CSV

  • Then UPLOAD !
  • Once your file is succesfully uploaded you will find your patients listed under the Patients tab in the left margin of your DocsInk Messenger Screen
